2. Services

Stratify provides valuation and modeling guidance aimed at supporting strategic decisions. Our offerings may include customized consulting sessions, workshops, and tailored analyses. Services are delivered upon agreement of scope and payment in full.

3. Info Products

We offer digital resources such as guides, templates, and online courses. Access to info products is granted after full payment and is available for immediate download or streaming. These products are licensed for personal or internal use.

4. Goods

Physical materials, manuals, or branded items can be purchased through our site. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Shipping times and any handling details are provided at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Refund eligibility and methods vary by offering:

Services: Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no deliverables have been issued. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days. Transfers of service engagements to another party are permitted with written notice at least 5 days before the scheduled start.
Info Products: Digital items may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no download or streaming has occurred. Once access has been granted, no refund is available.
Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 10 business days after we receive the return.

6. Service Transfers

Clients may transfer service bookings to another individual or entity by notifying Stratify in writing at least 5 days before the start date. Transfers are subject to our approval and may incur administrative fees.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bespoke offerings, including highly customized consulting sessions and workshops that require preparation of proprietary materials, are non-refundable once materials have been developed. This ensures fair compensation for preparatory work.
